Data Protection information
If you buy season tickets or make a donation, or choose to be on our mailing list, your contact details will be held on a secured computer file and used for the administration of your purchase(s). In the case of Season Tickets we will pass your name to the concert venues for the reservation of your seats, and your postcode for security purposes in case you should wish to change your seats and/or collect tickets from the venue.
Sevenoaks Symphony Orchestra will not pass your details to any third party except as described above in connection with the administration of your Season Ticket purchases.
You are entitled to request details of the information we hold about you at any time. You can also request its removal, but this will be subject to the need for us to retain financial information in accordance with legal requirements. Web statistics
