Geoffrey Paterson wins - 09-07-2009

Geoffrey Paterson, for many years a viola player in Sevenoaks Symphony Orchestra (and in the National Youth Orchestra), has won this year's Leeds Conducting Competition (see Competition website).

Another ex-SSO and NYO player, Alec Frank-Gemmill, has recently been appointed Principal Horn in the Scottish Chamber Orchestra.
